Titan mega punch?

All the time that I play with bots I can't understand only 1 thing - how titan bots do the uber punch? I mean when you get close, he punches the ground that he stands and you die from the wave. OMG! WTF is this and can I do the same?

    Kill enough guys to the point that you grow, and press alt fire.

    When you are in juggernaut/titan mode press 1 and that happens, thats what i do
